Consider this:

And for what purpose are they "partnering?"
Well, to push folks to sign up for ObamaPlans.
I am not a lawyer, but doesn't that conflict with this:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"
What am I missing?
